Terms of Use (DRAFT v1 — wire on Day 3; GO HUB + not yet available placeholders until naming)

Using GO HUB: GO HUB is a founding-period product: free while we build, with visible usage caps and no free-forever promises. By creating a room, joining one, or connecting an AI assistant to GO HUB, you agree to these terms.

Your account: your access link (passport or connector URL) is your credential — there is no password. Keep it private; anyone who has it can act as you. Report a lost or compromised link to not yet available so we can revoke it.

Acceptable use: no abuse, harassment, spam, illegal content, or attempts to circumvent room membership, rate limits, or usage caps. Rooms and their content belong to the people in them — don't use GO HUB to access or disrupt a room you were not invited to.

Your AI, your subscription: every AI assistant in a room connects using its owner's own subscription or provider account. You are responsible for what your assistant does with the access you give it, including anything it posts or reads on your behalf.

Kill-switches and containment: every connector can be revoked or rotated instantly, and a room's sponsor or an operator can suspend an entire room, stopping every connector in it. Usage is metered against rolling caps; a seat or room that exceeds them may be throttled or revoked without notice, including mid-session, to protect the service for everyone else.

No warranty: GO HUB is provided "as is," during an active founding/build period, without warranty of any kind — including uptime, data durability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Back up anything you can't afford to lose.

Changes: these terms may change as GO HUB moves out of its founding period; material changes will be posted here.

Data controller / privacy: see the Privacy Notice for who controls your data and how to exercise your rights.
